Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service. Last updated June 12, 2026.
IReport is an investor relations intelligence and reporting platform. The information, data, charts, forecasts, and reports made available through IReport (the “Service”) are provided for general informational and internal corporate-reporting purposes only. They do not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, nor an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
Market data, shareholder records, institutional holdings, analyst coverage, brokerage flows, and similar information are aggregated from third-party and public sources (including securities regulators, exchanges, and market-data providers). IReport does not warrant that any such information is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose, and accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions, delays, or interruptions in the data or for any actions taken in reliance on it.
Any forward-looking figures, forecasts, or projections are estimates only, are inherently uncertain, and may differ materially from actual results. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Nothing in the Service should be interpreted as a guarantee of any outcome.
You are solely responsible for verifying any information before relying on it and for ensuring that your use of the Service, and any disclosures you make based on it, comply with all applicable securities laws and regulatory obligations. You should consult your own qualified professional advisors before making any financial, investment, or disclosure decision.
IReport Inc. (“IReport”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: (a) service providers who process data on our behalf (such as authentication, hosting, and market-data providers) under appropriate confidentiality obligations; (b) other authorized users within your own company workspace; and (c) authorities or third parties where required by law or to protect our rights.
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
We use essential cookies to authenticate users and enable core functionality such as keeping you logged in. These cookies are necessary for the platform to function and do not require consent.
We also use optional analytics cookies (via Vercel Analytics) to understand how visitors use IReport and improve the service. These cookies are only activated if you choose “Accept All Cookies” on the cookie banner. If you choose “Reject Non-Essential”, analytics cookies will not be set.
You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser data or contacting us.

By accessing or using IReport (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
IReport provides an investor relations intelligence and reporting platform that aggregates market, shareholder, and engagement data and generates related reports and outputs. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Access requires an account and, for company workspaces, completion of onboarding and administrator approval. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of the content you submit and are solely responsible for it. You represent that you have the rights to submit such content and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and securities regulations. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or upload unlawful or infringing material.
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by IReport Inc. and its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service as permitted here, no rights are granted to you.
The Service and all information are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Without limiting the foregoing, the Disclaimer above is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IReport Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
